Welcome to the entry for the Anniversary Week Mixed Open.

The competition format is Betterball Stableford (85% allowance). Gents will play from the White Tees & Ladies from the Red Tees.

Non-members to pay £8.50 per person 'green fee' at second screen (please tick the box against each applicable name)

Entry fee includes a fantastic prize table and a one course meal after play.

Handicap Indexes are limited to 24.9 (Gents) and 32.7 (Ladies), players with a higher handicap index may enter but will be limited to the index above.

**Online entries will be removed within 48 hours if payment has not been made**

No refunds will be given if cancelling within 21 days of the competition
